"Essepi's X-Lam panel is a structural element made of wood obtained from layers of crossed and glued lamellas. All the operations, from raw tables to the finished panel and to the integrated wall-window systems, are made with machinery and installation that are unique in Italy because they have been conceived and developed in-house.
The planing and calibration system and the special gluing process offer a marked improvement in performance and quality compared to normal X-Lam panels. Thanks to high-precision equipment and a fully automated production cycle, Essepi ensures greater speed of execution and a constant process and quality control in all phases. In the XXL Integral System the advanced prefabrication allows to assemble in the factory not only the walls equipped with windows, but also residential and local units (Essepi Monoblocco) eventually complete with wiring and appliances."
