GREENMAP fosters  sustainability  as a strategic  tool to innovation  and development.  It supports the client’s orientation towards their corporate mission by structuring new issues; involves the economic chain that contributes to the realization of products always aware of the use of resources, places, people and business cultures. The activities that we propose to the market are customer specific objectives, based on a product rating and analysis method in terms of processing and in terms of comparison with the competitors.

MAPPING
To offer to manufacturers the sustainability analysis of their products, systems and processes  in order to place them competitively and specifically on the market with regard to the International green rating systems, such as LEED®, BREEAM®, WELL®.

  TRAINING ON SUSTAINABILITY
To provide structured training at the client’s premises on sustainable principles, of the International reference scenario and on the market potentials linked to the principles of sustainability with specifically oriented focuses.
 

GUIDELINES
To introduce the principles of sustainability to the production sector through the analysis of products and services and according to integrated reference of international sustainability standards.

 

DISCIPLINARY
To encode and render products and services usable by collecting emerging signicant sustainability values, position them in terms of signicant indicators and specically declare them.

  LCA
To produce, in a lifecycle view, specic analysis on required product/service and productive cycle indicators. It joins systems and structures referenced on Life Cycle Assessment.
  ANALYSIS
To conduct collaborative cycles on sustainable strategic choices, develop the identified goals of the current vision towards the production of new value added proposals.
  SUSTAINABILITY REPORT
To gather the intention and to make an explicit mission, focuses the goals and translates them into indicators, renders the vision of components “whole” organic and integrated in order to shape contents and provide added value.

PRODUCT MAPPING
GREENMAP PRODUCT MAPPING supports the client by identifying the contribution of their products toward the credits and requirements of international sustainability standards, such as LEED, BREEAM, WELL.
This allows to position the company and to valorize their products by using the metric and selection criteria adopted for the “ final product” of the value chain, the building.
It’s important for products and materials highlight their contribution towards sustainability goals according to specific requirements.
It is possible that new scenarios, with regard to innovation and development of technologies and materials, may emerge during our mapping activities.

 

Product mapping creates the matrix of credits contribution to the rating systems selected as scope of work.
The mapping generates a greenmap database which enables to find not only products, but also services, tools, tips and training information with regard to the new sustainability scenario.
